Appointment Policies

To ensure fairness and respect for both our technicians and clients, we have established the following policies:

• Rescheduling: We require 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit.
• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied towards your service total or held on file to book any follow up appointments.
• Cancellations: Cancelling your appointment at any time results in a forfeit of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee to the card on file.
• Late Arrival: We offer a 15-minute grace period. Please communicate if you are running late. Cancellations due to lateness exceeding 15 minutes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on communication and circumstances.
